Fly far.

Stay you.

A move abroad opens a new world and a new way of seeing yourself within it.

Movelles accompanies young women through international transitions with thoughtful preparation, guided reflection, and a place to grow in confidence.

A strong foundation for what comes next

Every international chapter unfolds differently.

Movelles accompanies young women navigating university, an exchange, a gap year, or an early career move abroad.

Through individual coaching, each participant has space to look ahead, make sense of new experiences, and approach the choices ahead with greater perspective and self-trust, whether the journey is just beginning or already underway.

The Movelles Experience

Individual Coaching

A private space of her own, shaped around her destination and the chapter she is navigating. Engagements usually unfold across three months, with single sessions also available. Practical questions are welcome, from housing and paperwork to how to find people.

Time with Horses

Sessions outside Paris, working on presence, boundaries, and reading a situation without words. No riding experience is needed, and a single session can stand on its own.

Circles

From time to time Movelles brings together a carefully curated Circle of young women moving through chapters of their own, meeting in guided conversation across the transition. The first begins later this year.

A place to

find your own way

Living in another country invites new relationships, new possibilities, and new ways of understanding the world. The aim is not simply to feel at home in a new place. It is to become more at home in oneself.

Two worlds.

One you.

Movelles offers space to pause within that experience, see situations more clearly, and make considered choices with growing confidence.
